The plastic products manufactured by us get their finishing touch for individuality from our in-house varnishing and screen printing work. Thus all working steps from cutting via milling up to printing and assembly of modules come from a single source. The experts at Franz Kunststofftechnik have many years of experience in all areas.

Technical or visual aspects have priority depending on customer wishes and the use of the product. Thus protective varnishes reduce scratches on transparent plastics, wheras coloured varnishes, like in examples of company logos or names, serve more visual or advertising purposes. An advanced digital printing process is usually used for full-surface varnishing and colour gradients. We are able to manufacture printed images of up to 3 x 2.5 metres in this area.

Durable screen printing process for special effects and multicolour printing

Our high-quality screen printing work is even more durable and versatile. This process is particularly suitable for scales, notices, markings, barcodes or even company names and signets. It ensures a clear printed image which shows all details in high resolution. This is also suitable for sophisticated multicolour printing. We can process printed images up to a maximum of 3 x 1.4 metres.
